Refund policy

PLANT QUALITY

Top Topiary prides itself on providing excellent quality plants which are hand-selected by our experienced nursery staff. Every one of the plants is carefully checked, prepared and packaged up with accompanying care notes or plant labels before being dispatched for delivery on your chosen date.

However, we recognise that issues can arise from time to time and we give our commitment to you as a customer that we will deal with any issue promptly and fairly.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives broken, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery - please try to quote your order number when contacting us. Items will be replaced free of charge at the earliest opportunity. Note that we may request a photograph of the item to assess its condition when delivered. We may also arrange to have the item collected for return – please retain the original packing materials and re-pack the item should this be the case.

JUST NOT HAPPY

If you are unhappy with any item we have delivered, please tell us why and we will be happy to discuss a refund or a replacement. Please bear in mind that plants can look different depending on the time of year. If you choose a nice leafy-looking deciduous or flowering shrub in the winter, it may look quite bare when it is delivered – there is nothing wrong with the plant – it is just out or season and will come into leaf and flower in the Spring. However, please contact us if you have any problems at all with your order.

You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. You will receive a refund to the original payment method.

We cannot accept returns for plants that you have pruned or repotted.

CHANGE OF MIND

You have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. 

We appreciate that when buying online it can be difficult to imagine what the plant is like with regard to size & shape. We try our hardest taking realistic photos and being honest with our measurements. If you have simply changed your mind or the plant is not quite right for you in shape or dimensions and you would like to return the item, we will be happy to arrange a collection for return to us. We ask that you care for the item whilst it is in your possession and package it in its original packing materials. We will issue a full refund for the price of your items to the original payment method. There will also be a charge for the item to be collected & returned by courier.

We cannot accept returns for plants that you have pruned or repotted.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order you have placed please contact us at your earliest convenience. For all orders placed on our website or orders placed over the telephone you may cancel your order provided the goods have not been dispatched.
