This is a small evergreen fruiting tree native to the Asian region.
It produces small, strongly perfumed flowers in late spring and bright orange edible fruits in autumn. Leaves are deep green and small.
The edible fruit closely resembles that of the orange (Citrus sinensis), but it is much smaller and ovular, being approximately the size and shape of a large olive.
Flowers and fruit are dependant on the seasons; please do not expect to receive fruit on the plants at all times of year.
